class=\"wpcf7-list-item\"><label><input type=\"checkbox\" name=\"acceptance-4461\" value=\"1\" aria-invalid=\"false\" \/><span class=\"wpcf7-list-item-label\">In accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection and Article 7.2 of the CBK Regulation on Credit Registry, I, with my personal number, in the capacity of the data subject, give my consent whereby I declare that, for the purpose of processing and evaluating my loan application, I authorize Banka Ekonomike Sh.A. to process and use my personal data, as well as to have access to my credit reports in the Kosovo Credit Registry, for the purpose of processing and preparing the potential loan from Banka Ekonomike Sh.A. I also agree that as long as I have obligations towards the Bank, the Bank may access the Credit Reports from the Kosovo Credit Registry. I give this consent based on free will and mutual interest and will not revoke it on any legal or factual basis, while with my signature below I confirm my expressed will through this consent. I am aware that giving this consent does not prejudge a positive response or approval of my loan application.<\/span><\/label><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"input\">\n\t<p><span class=\"wpcf7-form-control-wrap\" data-name=\"acceptance-446\"><span class=\"wpcf7-form-control wpcf7-acceptance\"><span class=\"wpcf7-list-item\"><label><input type=\"checkbox\" name=\"acceptance-446\" value=\"1\" aria-invalid=\"false\" \/><span class=\"wpcf7-list-item-label\">You understand and agree that your application through this form will be subject to the Bank\u2019s analysis and assessment, and in no case does it imply automatic approval of your application.<\/span><\/label><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"input\">\n\t<p><span class=\"wpcf7-form-control-wrap\" data-name=\"acceptance-826\"><span class=\"wpcf7-form-control wpcf7-acceptance\"><span class=\"wpcf7-list-item\"><label><input type=\"checkbox\" name=\"acceptance-826\" value=\"1\" aria-invalid=\"false\" \/><span class=\"wpcf7-list-item-label\">The Bank reserves the right to (i) request additional information from you; (ii) return your application for completion if it is incomplete; or (iii) reject your application if it does not meet the Bank\u2019s criteria. If your application is complete and approved by the Bank, you will then be invited to the Bank\u2019s branches for signing the agreements and related documentation.<\/span><\/label><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"input\">\n\t<p><span class=\"wpcf7-form-control-wrap\" data-name=\"acceptance-219\"><span class=\"wpcf7-form-control wpcf7-acceptance\"><span class=\"wpcf7-list-item\"><label><input type=\"checkbox\" name=\"acceptance-219\" value=\"1\" aria-invalid=\"false\" \/><span class=\"wpcf7-list-item-label\">If you do not appear at the Bank branch to sign the agreements and related documentation within thirty (30) days from the date of the Bank\u2019s invitation, the Bank will consider your application withdrawn.
