Offers in a sealed envelope with the inscription “Offer for purchase of real estate” must be submitted to the reception at the premises of the Head Office of Banka Ekonomike, Sh.A. Prishtina, Sheshi N\u00ebn\u00eb Terez\u00eb p.n.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Offers must contain:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

– Description of the property for which the offer is made (Location, Cadastral Zone, Plot data)<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

– Financial offer<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

– Legal entities \u2013 with the offer must submit a copy of the business registration certificate and contact information (phone number and an e-mail address).<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

– Natural persons \u2013 with the offer must submit a copy of the personal identification document and contact information (phone number and an e-mail address).<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
