Consent for access to the Kosovo Credit Registry (KCR)

In accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection and Article 7.2 of the CBK Regulation on Credit Registry, I, with personal number, in the capacity of the data subject, give my consent by which I declare that, for the purposes of processing and evaluating my application for granting of credit, I authorize Banka Ekonomike Sh.A. to process and use my personal data, as well as to have access to my credit reports in the Kosovo Credit Registry, with the purpose of processing and preparing the eventual credit from Banka Ekonomike Sh.A. I also agree that as long as I have obligations towards the Bank, the Bank may have access to the Credit Reports from the Kosovo Credit Registry. I give this consent based on my free will and mutual interest and I will not deny it on any legal or factual basis, and with my signature below I confirm my expressed will through this consent. I am aware that giving this consent does not prejudice a positive response or approval of my application for granting of credit.

You understand and accept that your application through this form will be subject to the Bank’s analysis and evaluation and in no case implies automatic approval of your application.

The Bank reserves the right to (i) request additional information from you; (ii) return the application for completion if your application is incomplete; or (iii) reject your application if it does not meet the Bank’s criteria. If your application is complete and approved by the Bank, then the Bank will invite you to its branches for signing the agreements and related documentation.

If you do not appear at the Bank’s branch to sign the agreements and related documentation within thirty (30) days from the date of the Bank’s invitation, then the Bank will consider your application withdrawn. In such cases, any subsequent application will be considered as a new application, not conditioned by the decision of the previous application.
